CJC website All the internet

View Commission dispositions according to the following two categories: 1) Dismissal vs. Sustainment and 2) Public. The Dismissal vs. Sustainment category compares complaints disposed as dismissals, complaints in which the Commission determined that a violation of the Code of Judicial Conduct did not occur, against complaints disposed as sustainments, complaints in which the Commission determined that a violation of the Code of Judicial Conduct occured. The Public category counts the number of public cases the Commission disposed of per given year.

* Note: The docket statistics published in previous Commission annual reports (including the PDF version and the hardcopy version) may slightly vary with the docket statistics published on this web site. This is partly due to the Commission's investment in a new database management system that has improved upon previous counting methods. In addition, please note that data entry corrections, which may result in counting corrections, may take place after the annual report is published. Therefore, you may consider the docket statistics published on this web site as accurate and current.
